The apartment, located on the first floor and served by an elevator, is situated near Porta Pia, in the center of Rome. It features a bedroom with a double bed and an armchair bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It is set in a central, safe, and elegant neighborhood, with many dining options and excellent public transport connections. There are 15 bus lines within 150 meters and the metro is just 600 meters away.

Major landmarks, the university, and the Umberto I General Hospital are easily accessible.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washer-dryer, a large wardrobe, and a dedicated workspace. Guests can enjoy free high-speed internet access (fiber Wi-Fi).

The day before your arrival, you will receive a message with all the instructions for remote access.

On the day of arrival, you will be able to enter easily thanks to remote opening of both the building entrance doors and the apartment door, after notifying the host of your arrival.

An important aspect to note is that guests will have exclusive access to the apartment, without sharing it with others. Upon arrival, you will receive a set of keys granting exclusive access for the duration of your stay.

Within walking distance, you’ll find several tourist attractions, including Villa Borghese — Rome’s most beautiful park — just a ten-minute walk away, and the Spanish Steps, reachable in twenty minutes on foot.

For those arriving by car, there are several 24-hour guarded parking facilities nearby, the closest of which is just 100 meters away on Via Mantova. Moreover, one of the best gyms in the city, Virgin Active Roma Via Mantova, is also just 100 meters away, right in front of the parking garage.

If you’re arriving from Leonardo da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino), you can take the “Leonardo Express” train, which goes directly to Termini Station. From Termini, you can take bus number 90 for two stops and get off at “Porta Pia”. Alternatively, a taxi ride takes only five minutes. You can also reach the apartment with a pleasant 15-minute walk.

If you're arriving by car, there are covered parking options just 100 meters away, or street parking is available at various rates (white lines are free, blue lines cost around €1.50 per hour).

Regarding the payment of the tourist tax (which in Rome amounts to €6 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive days – children under 10 are exempt), and the registration of your personal details (required by law), you will receive a dedicated link. We kindly ask you to complete this process online before your arrival at the apartment.
